During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I did appreciate the clean room and the friendly staff who made an effort to help us. the key location near to a convention center and the complimentary breakfast were the best aspects of our stay.
I was disappointed to find that the room cost was not worth the facilities provided. There were no basic amenities available like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap.
